Task Bar Tips

CLOSE MULTIPLE PROGRAMS ON THE TASKBAR

If you have a number of programs running at the same time, you will have several icons, one for each running program, on your Taskbar. If you have Windows 98/ME, or Windows 95 with Internet Explorer 4.0 installed, here is a neat way to close several of the running programs at once: hold down the Ctrl key and click on each Taskbar icon for a program you wish to close; then choose any one of them to right-click on, and select the Close item from the Context Menu that pops up.
