USING THE WINDOWS TROUBLESHOOTERS

Both Windows 95 and 98 offer built-in troubleshooters in the Windows online help documentation. You just need to click on Help on the Start Menu, click the Index tab, and search for troubleshooters. Windows ME offers even more helpful information in the troubleshooters area of its built-in HTML based Windows Help. Again, click on Help on the Start Menu, then type in "troubleshooters" (without the quotation marks) in the Search box at the top righthand side of the main page. You will get more than a screenfull of links to click on in many different general and specific categories.
