OPEN MY COMPUTER WITH TWO SINGLE CLICKS
I had a client for my Computer Tutoring business
who was handicapped and so found it difficult to
double-click the mouse. Sometimes she clicked too slow
for the computer to recognize a double-click. But she
could manage a single click much easier. So here's how to
open My Computer with two single clicks rather than a
double-click: first, right-click My Computer. A context
menu will pull down, and you can click on the Open
option. This same type of thing can be used to open up a
folder in My Computer or Explorer, or to start up an
application program or a program associated with a
particular file extension (registered file type.) It also
works as a substitute for double-clicking a shortcut on
your desktop.
