KEYBOARD SHORTCUTS IN WINDOWS EXPLORER

If you're searching for file names in a folder that has many, many names in it (like the WINDOWS directory, for instance), and you're doing it by using the "list" view of Windows Explorer, be aware of a couple of keyboard shortcuts for getting to the top or the bottom of the folder. If you hold down the Ctrl key and the Home key at the same time, this takes you to the top of the folder in the right pane of Explorer. On the other hand, hold down the Ctrl key and the End key simultaneously, and you will quickly zip to the bottom of the folder.
