ALT-ESC TO SELECT OPEN WINDOW

In one of my previous columns, I wrote about the way you can cycle through open applications by using the combined Alt and Tab keys. There is another way to do this sort of thing, and it has the advantage of cycling you through not only those windows that are minimized on your Taskbar, but also through windows that are not put there, such as the Property page for Display that you can get to in Control Panel. What you do is type Alt plus the Esc key. Each time you press the Esc key (while simultaneously holding down the Alt key), you will see another window coming to the top (and possibly another item on the Task Bar becomes selected.)
