CHANGE THE FONT AND SIZE OF ICON TITLES

Note: this tip should be read in conjunction with CHANGE THE SPACING OF ICONS ON THE DESKTOP in Desktop Tips category.

A similar procedure to the above can be used to adjust the font and/or size of icon titles on the desktop. Again, you have to begin by selecting Auto Arrange. And again you go the Properties page of the Desktop. After you click the drop-down arrow for the Item field, you click on Icon Titles. You can adjust the Font and Size fields, and you can choose the buttons for Bold and Italic also. Click on Apply to see what your choice looks like, and when satisfied, click on OK.
