THE TOGGLE KEYS FEATURE
You may have experienced this aggravation: you are typing
along at a fast pace, you haven't looked at the screen as
you do it, and suddenly when you glance at the screen you
see that you must have accidentally pushed the Caps Lock
key a while back. Now you have to laboriously retype the
part that you didn't want in caps. Wouldn't it be nice if
Windows gave you some kind of audial signal that you have
clicked the Caps Lock key? Well, guess what, it can. All
you have to do is install the Windows Accessibility
Option Toggle Keys feature. You do this by: click on the
Start button, click on Settings, then Control Panel, then
double-click on Accessibility Options, and finally put a
check mark in the Use Toggle Keys box. Now Windows will
let you know with little beeps when you turn on or off
the Caps Lock key. The same feature works for the Num
Lock key and the Scroll Lock key.
