Although located on seven forested acres, Knoll House is just minutes from downtown Fairbanks and the International Airport. There are many sporting and sightseeing opportunities in the area: fishing, hunting, cross-country & Alpine skiing, the Yukon Quest Dog Sled Races, golf courses, and hiking in some of the most beautiful unspoiled territory in America such as Denali National Park, Mount McKinley, and the Arctic National Park /Preserve.
