This is the town of Chagrin Falls, Ohio.  Just east of Cleveland.  The typical "It's a Wonderful Life" kind of town.  Nan's nuts for it.  She'd love us to move there to live.  It is a quaint little town with the proverbial town center with gazebo for summer band concerts and a Popcorn shop over the waterfalls that run through town.
