The KGB RG is a private remote base radio system with special linkage to GRONK Radio Network as an affiliated radio system. Our singular site has one UHF Mobile Relay (preforms the function of a repeater), and one full duplex link for interfacing to GRONK. There is also a controllable remote base station, which can operate on certain pre-programmed VHF (2-Meter) area frequencies as desired by system members. Membership in KGB RG is obtained by invitation from an existing participant only, with the final determination made by the system owner. KGB RG is owned and operated by W6KGB. Members of GRONK and affiliates are welcome to use the WB6TZI Remote on an itinerant basis.
