Part One - Service to Others

• Serve for at least 6 months as a merit badge counselor for Astronomy, Hiking, Backpacking, and Citizenship of the World
  
• Make myself available to Troops with their Webelos-to-Scout transition program.
  
• Be available to help out with the Lockheed Martin Boy Scout Day.

Part Two - Goals

• Improve the Welcome to Troop 330 Handbook.
  
• Organize a Junior Leadership Training weekend and conduct at least one such weekend outing.
  
• Develop a Troop 330 Constitution and By-laws.

Part Three - Personal Growth

• Read Baden-Powell Bio: Life of Two Heroes.
  
• Read the Scoutmaster’s Handbook.
  
• Become a good storyteller by reading Stories for Around the Campfire and telling stories on at least two campouts.
