Part One - Service to Others

• I will be popcorn leader for my Troop.
  
• I will make myself available for the next Scoutmaster's Fundamentals course in my council and participate and help where needed.
  
• I will organize and help with the Community Service project of Clovis Kiwanis Christmas Dinner.

Part Two - Goals

• Develop new parent packets and train a member/parent to do the same.
  
• Set up a committee to select the new Scoutmaster for the Troop for next year.
  
• Develop a planning meeting for a Scout campout to help the boys better prepare for an outing.

Part Three - Personal Growth

• Read "Two Lives of a Hero."
  
• Learn and teach one knot per month for six months.
  
• Continue to better improve my general health by eating better and exercising.
