My first attempt to work with leather was at age 20. I was inspired by its natural beauty and the endless amount of possibilities I saw in creating leather goods. I was able to incorporate my love of nature and my strong desire to produce art into my new found passion for leather. After much frustration, crudely made work and never ending perseverance, I have finally perfected my skills. Today, and 30 years of experience later, my work has won numerous awards and has been displayed in quality galleries and boutiques throughout the Southwest.
