About my favorite popular music
By "popular"
music, I mean: jazz, rock, folk, world-beat, African, Celtic, and
anything that isn't considered "classical". But one of the points
I like to make is that some popular music can be considered as (what
are known as) "art songs", and so in these cases the line between
popular and classical music is more a matter of marketing than anything
else. Well, IMO, anyway.
