The USS Pawnee is one of about 100 Cherokee class tugs built during WWII. They were armed with 1 3" gun, 2 40MM singles, and 3 20MM singles. USS Pawnee is 205' long with a 39' beam.

USS Pawnee is best know for towing the cruiser USS Houston across the Pacific after Houston was torpedoed off Formosa.

The kit includes resin parts and photoetch.
