Motions to request GRVNC board formally request Cindy Miscikowskiís office to initiate the CDO process for Lincoln Boulevard, to approve $150,000 budget and to request funding from the Venice Real Property Surplus Fund.5) Action Item: Inclusionary Zoning Ordinance (30 min)[Requested by Dennis Hathaway]
Motion to support the proposal before the city council for an Inclusionary Zoning Ordinance that would require new housing developments to include a specific number of affordable units, defined as those renting to or purchased by persons whose income is at or below a specified percentage of the area median income.6) Action Item: Playa Vista Phase Two EIR (20 min)[Requested by Sabrina Venskus]
Motion to draft comments on the five requested entitlement items for GRVNC Board consideration and approval to be transmitted to the City decision-makers.
