Project Description: Convert Existing 9-Story Office Building Into 42 Live/Work Condo Units And One Commercial/Office Condo Unit. Demolish Existing 2-Story Office Building Ancillary Commercial Structures And Construct 81 New Residential Townhouse Units Of Which 12 Units Are Affordable Units. 302 Parking Spaces To Be Provided.
Environmental Document: Draft MND is out. Review project application and determine if LUPC should weigh in on development application.
