405 South to 710 South to downtown Long Beach, stay in middle lane; 710 South becomes Shoreline Drive; (Aquarium on right) turn left on Pine Avenue (Hyatt Hotel on corner). Make a right at the second light, Seaside Way. Just before the pedestrian overpass turn left on Collins Drive, park on your right.

405 North. Exit 7th Street (22 West). Go west on 7th Street to Alamitos Ave. Make a left on Alamitos, travel south to Ocean Blvd. Make a right turn on Ocean Blvd. Turn left on Pine Avenue. Go to the bottom of the hill. Make a left at the second light, Seaside Way. Just before the pedestrian overpass turn left on Collins Way, park on your right.
