My Dear Comrade:

I extend to you a cordial invitation to be my guest during the Confederate Reunion in Louisville. It is my desire to have every survivor of the "Old 8^th Georgia Regiment" at this Reunion and I have secured quarters for all at the Willard Hotel. It is centrally located on Jefferson St. opposite the Grand Reviewing Stand, and only two squares from Georgia Headquarters.

Owing to the large numbers to be entertained it will be necessary that several occupy the same room. But all will be comfortably provided for and the table will be first class.

I will ask the favor of a reply by return mail as the Hotel must know the number to be entertained not later than Monday May 28.
