RollingAcres Native Landscape Nursery L.L.C. agrees to provide the services described above in a timely and
professional manner. Initial delivery of services will be to the client's online E- mail Account. The design area will include
[description] Drawing will be executed on 81/2" x 11" bright white inkjet paper. Hard copies of the drawings will
be mailed to the client after final approval of the design work. All design work (plan drawing, plant reports, specifications,
etc) will be submitted to the client with the hard copies.
[if requested]The design will include a separate drawing for the landscape lighting system. Wattage will
be computed for each circuit and transformer wiring diagram will be supplied. Landscape design clients will receive a ten
percent discount on all landscape lighting products if purchased from RollingAcres Native Landscape.
[if requested]The design will include a separate drawing for the landscape irrigation system. Design services
will be customized to the client's stated preferences in the online Design Questionnaire and subsequent phone and email consultations.
Plant material will be selected based on client preferences, soil type, site conditions and regional hardiness zone. Minor,
online revisions are provided at no additional cost, up to two hours of revision time; further revisions will be billed at
$65.00 per hour, after approval by the client.
Our fees are based upon our present understanding of the work to be done. If the scope of the work should change
during the course of the project, we will forums possible cost changes with you and proceed only after email authorization.
Design work will be scheduled after receipt of Pay Pal ,credit card information or check. Payments will be made
as follows:
(1). a setup fee of $19.95 will be charged when this agreement is submitted. " Includes 1 Digital Enhancment
Photo".
(2). A down payment of one half the Total Project Cost will be charged before the initial site layout
and conceptual drawing is E-mailed to the client.
(3). The balance of the Total Project Cost will be due upon client
approval of the completed design project and mailing of all design materials.
Client contact information is kept confidential; we do not rent or sell our customer files. Design presentations
are without copyright and may be used as the client desires. The exact placement and installation of plant material, hardscape
elements, earth forms and other landscape features are the responsibility of the property owner and/or installation contractor.
The location of existing utilities or other underground or aboveground obstacles should be verified by the owner before installing
any landscape features.
RollingAcres Native Landscape Nursery L.L.C. shall not be responsible for, and shall not pay, any amount of
incidental, consequential or other indirect damages, whether based on lost revenue or otherwise, regardless of whether RollingAcres
Native Landscape Nursery L.L.C. was advised of the possibility of such losses in advance. Design work may be terminated at
any time by either party with email notification; resulting design costs will be billed only for those services rendered up
to the time of termination. In no event shall RollingAcres Native Landscape Nursery L.L.C. liability hereunder exceed the
amount of user fees paid by user, regardless of whether user's claim is based on contract, tort, strict liability, product
liability or otherwise.

Submitting payment on the following pages will charge your account the $19.95 Digital Enhancment fee. Additional
charges will be made to this credit card as outlined in the payment schedule above.
