Here at Salt Lick Kennels our hunting stock is $450 for which we require a $150 deposit. Hunting stock is
made when we take our proven hunting hounds and breed them for the first time with each other. These we expect to be good
hunting pups but, since we haven't made this cross before, we don't call them premium pups until we know what kind of hounds
this particular cross makes. Once each of our breeding pairs is proven to make great hunting progeny we
will sell them as premium litters.
