4-H RABBIT SHOWMANSHIP DRESS CODE

DRESS CODE
No Hats
Rule One

Do not wear a hat.
Rabbit Fitting and Showing often takes place under a tent or in a barn, therefore it is inappropriate to wear a hat no matter how much of a fitting and showing magician you are.

DRESS CODE
Long Sleeved-Shirt
Rule Two

Wear a long sleeved shirt.
Wear a nice dress type shirt.
Rabbits tend to scratch, so wearing a long sleeved shirt will protect your arms.
Many shows have a rule that any showman not wearing long sleeves will automatically get a red ribbon or lower.

You do not want to wear a white shirt with a white rabbit, the rabbit will disappear.
