To have anger is to be human. Anger is a part of life. It is called an emotion, an energy, a chemical flood
in the body. Anger is also a messinger, it is an affirmation of life, a message that some boundaries have been crossed,
that something is wrong.
When we take the message the anger brings, and let the energy flow, this is a gift. When we deny the anger or stuff
it, it gathers and becomes locked somatically in our body. Anger then pools and piles up until something causes it to
overflow. We erupt, usually way out of proportion to what's actually happening. This causes harm to us, to those
around us, to our lives, jobs, commnities, and sometimes property.
The backlog of anger can be healed. The poisonous relationship with anger can be healed. New skills of
behavior and energy hygiene can be learned. Anger can become an ally in our lives. Poison into Medicine
This process can be compssionate, empowering, and does not have to be traumatic. It can be the most loving thing
you can do for yourself, your life, and your loved ones. A new sense of peace and freedom is developed.
I have developed this approach to healing anger over 25 years of multi-modality practice with my clients.
