We will confirm your order by e-mail within 24 hours, except
on weekends. Orders placed Fridays will be confirmed on Monday.
Bulk Orders:
- Expect 90-120 days lead time on orders. Lead time begins after 1 week following all trade shows
where applicable.
- Labelling, packing instructions, including wash care tags, bar code stickers and diagrams of logo
placements must all be received at least 4 weeks prior to shipment.
- PO's must include all required deliverables. Cost of our products include individual polybagging.
Additional requirements will be at the expense of the buyer. Rasa Devi will not be liable for any additional expenses
for items required that were not indicated on the PO at the time of ordering.
- Changes to order may extend delivery date.
- Special Orders will require approval of sampling prior to production.
- No Orders will be placed without deposit.
- No refund on Special Orders. Cancellation of order results in forfeit of deposits.
- Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We do not take returns except under special circumstances.
