Why is it that we're the first to rush to someone else's defense for being human, and we're the last to be so kind to ourselves? In this workshop, we'll explore the deep healing benefits of self-compassion and why this resource is so overlooked in our everyday lives. Through yoga, meditation, and conversation, we'll open up to new patterns of thought and unlock compassion as a spring for well being and kindness to ourselves.
