Accused of both command responsibility for atrocities committed at each camp as well as personal involvement.

Ivica Rajic
Bosnian Croat
Commander of the Second Operational Group of the Croatian Defence Council

CRIME:
Charged with ordering or failing to prevent an unlawful attack by the Croatian Defence Council on the village of Stupni Do, near Vares in central Bosnia, causing death and injury to the civilian population and the almost total destruction of the village in October 1993.
