This page is not intended to compete with websites that contain page after page of genealogical links. That niche is already well filled, most notably by Cyndi's List of Genealogy Sites on the Internet.
This page has the more modest purpose of leading to counties that have connections to the family lines of my wife and myself. Another, shorter page of links leads to websites devoted to one or more related families.
Before you leave, do you want to make a comment about this site? To return to this departure page, close the new window or tab that contains instructions.
With one exception, the following links are all part of the USGenWeb Project. I am not a regular visitor to all of them, so I will make no representations about what you will find. Each site is different, but I have been impressed with the overall quality of GenWeb sites.
The one nonGenWeb site is the Darke County, Ohio, genealogy site created by Jane Torres and friends. If you followed the ahnentafel chart or letters link on the Seitz Site Family Tree page, you've already been to the site. The link in this paragraph leads to the main page. My direct family connections to Darke County are through the SEITZ and KERLIN families. Also found in the county in the 19th and early 20th centuries are JEFFERIS and BEERY relatives.
In the following list, the link to a site is followed by the family name or names that connect my family to the county in question. There is no guarantee that a site currently has any references to the mentioned family. In most cases, there probably aren't any.
