Policy and Submissions

Although submitting a policy can be easy. There are a number of things that will make this section of the site more productive. They are:

1. Submit them in either TXT format, Word for Windows 7.0 (or earlier) or WordPerfect (gasp).
2. Please supply a title to the policy.
3. Let me know if you think the file will work in an ASC, GI Clinic, or Hospital
4. Your name and city,state. (If you want it posted)
5. Tell me what format the file is in.
6. A brief summary of the policy.

By clicking on the mail icon below, your mail program should pop up a new mail message box, my e-mail address should already be in the To: section. In the subject portion of the e-mail, let me know that you're sending a policy. Put the above mentioned items in the body of the mail and attach the file that you want to submit. Easy huh?
