Hersh & Hersh has filed complaints on behalf of plaintiffs across
the U.S. against Eli Lilly & Co, makers of Zyprexa. Attorneys

Hersh & Hersh Represents Employees in
Toxic Mold Claim Against Office Building Landlord
In December 2002, Hersh & Hersh filed a toxic
mold suit against a San Benito county office building owner and landlord
on behalf of 96% of the county employees
working in the building. As of February 28, the county
has temporarily relocated the employees to a new
facility while the landlord,
Lawrence Family LLC, begins remediation to
address the severe mold problem.
Air quality tests
have confirmed the presence of the toxic mold stachybotrys
in the building. The World Health Organization estimates that one out of three
employees is working in a place that is making them sick, costing businesses billions each year in lost
productivity.

After Student Dies Wrestling "Boot Camp" Injuries
Hersh & Hersh filed a complaint against Roland Alexander, founder of All Pro Wrestling,
and Pacific Coast Sports Promotion companies on behalf of the parents of Brian Ong of
Berkeley, California who died as a result of injuries suffered during All Pro Wrestling’s
"Boot Camp" training. Mr. Ong was fatally injured as a result of being thrown to the ground in
a practice wrestling maneuver.

Hersh & Hersh Represents "Jane Doe"
in landmark embryo mix-up case
Hersh & Hersh filed suit against Fertility Medical Associates of the Bay Area,
a fertility clinic that implanted an embryo belonging to another couple during
Jane Doe's in vitro fertilization procedure. The suit alleges that the clinic scientist and the doctor knew before Jane Doe left
their offices on the day of the implantation that they had implanted the wrong embryo
in her. But the clinic did not inform Ms. Doe and the couple of the mix-up until a
year and a half later, and then only after the California Medical Board began
investigating the switch.

in a medical malpractice case against Kaiser. The HMO failed
to diagnose his wife's cerebral (brain) aneurysm despite
her repeated visits to urgent care and complaints of debilitating
headaches. This tragedy is due in part to the HMO's insistence
that the woman see a nurse practitioner rather than a doctor
who would have had the knowledge to recognize how serious
her symptoms were.

Arthritic Drugs May Cause Serious Adverse Reactions
