Accomplishments: Expanded company's capabilities by adding Creative Development, Project Management, Theatrical Rigging and Stage Equipment Departments; Formed domestic subsidiaries and joint ventures; Developed the Business Plans and Negotiated a Japanese Equity investment and Japanese joint venture, including an on-going licensing Agreement; Acted as Project Director on Projects under development; Created International Independent Representations.

Manager - Contract Administration

Sourced, negotiated, and administered major domestic and international contracts for consulting services, material procurement and construction contracts for EPCOT Center, Tokyo Disneyland, Walt Disney World and Disneyland projects. Acted as the WDI Liaison with Corporate Legal Department on contract issues. Managed group of five (5) contract administrators, accounts payable, and clerical personnel.

Project Business Administrator - Cost Analysis

Senior Financial Analyst on $1.25 Billion EPCOT Center Project, responsible for establishing, analyzing, reporting and authorizing expenditures of $305 million of 'Support Investment' portion of the project budget.

Administrative Assistant - Estimating

Assisted EPCOT Center's Chief Estimator in creating conceptual estimates, budgets and reports, including financial analysis of rate of return and escalation costs resulting in the initial project budget of $800 million.

 

Disneyland; Anaheim, California - 8 Years

Project Cost Accountant

Project accountant on Disneyland's Big Thunder and Space Mountain attractions, responsible for reporting cost vs. budget, authorizing expenditures, auditing field labor, reporting project status, and maintaining job cost accounting systems.
