Organized and coordinated all activities from initial Show and Ride Design Concepts through Engineering, Manufacturing and Construction Phases. Training and Development Supervisor - Operations Division
Reporting directly to the Vice President of the Operations division, developed and implemented high level training and motivational programs for management, qualified trainers and hourly employees in the Attraction, Transportation and Food Divisions. Chaired weekly Division Budget and Scheduling meetings for all Operations Department Heads. Also organized Disney Marketing Special Events.
Supervisor - Attractions
Supervision of all areas of theme park management including the development and maintenance of yearly budgets, daily schedules and training programs for operations employees. Responsibilities included supervision of a maximum of 350 employees in Tomorrowland, and area supervision to ensure quality, safety and efficient operations. Specialized in the development of innovative Operating Training Guidelines and rewriting the Training Manuals and Standard Operating Procedures.
Lead - Attractions/Hostess
Worked in all areas of Attractions, including Transportation (first woman to earn a Pilot's license for all watercraft vessels). Gained extensive knowledge of Disney Attraction and Transportation Systems as well as handling large crowd-flow situations during normal operations and special events.
