FOX TERRIERS NEEDING FOREVER HOMES IN WASHINGTON STATE AND BRITISH COLUMBIA
This beautiful, sweet girl is Shelby. She is 6 1/2 years old, spayed, house trained, microchipped, and up to date on her vaccinations. Shelby is looking for a home with a securely fenced yard and some active adults with previous fox terrier experience and lots of time to spend with her. No children under age 10 please. Shelby offers all of the challenges that come with terriers. She currently lives with a dog-savvy cat, and she gets along well with mellow, larger breed dogs. She enjoys leash walks, playing with toys, and lying in someones lap. Shelby has some special needs that will require a llittle bit of extra effort from her people. Puget Sound area preferred. "Heart" (short for Sweetheart) is a loving one and a half year old Wire Fox Terrier female. She is petite, just 14 lbs, but she is a typical young Fox Terrier--full of energy, enthusiasm, and curiosity. Heart loves to run and to play fetch. She has lived with large dogs. She will need help to learn to live with another small dog. She has lived with a cat. Heart is spayed, in good health, current on vaccinations, almost house trained, and is crate trained. We are looking for a terrier-savvy owner who lives in a home with a fenced yard. Adoption application (or interview) and a home visit required. Annie is a wonderful smooth Fox Terrier who is playful and very fond of playing ball. She is housebroken, up to date, spay, 8 years young and around 20 pounds. Annie is microchipped with AVID, loves to chase squirrels about as much a balls, has never met anybody she does not like and is good with many other dogs. She can learn to get along with a cat and has experience living with one. A fenced yard is preferable. We will consider appropriate homes within a two hour drive from Portland Oregon or as far north as Seattle Washington. Adoption application and a home visit by a rescue volunteer are mandatory.
