  • All rates are based on double-occupancy with a stay of 7 consecutive nights. Five night minimum applies to all reservations.
  • Short stay upcharge: Rates for stays of less then 7 consecutive days are subject to a 15% upcharge.
  • Add $10 per night for each additional guest up to a total occupancy of four.
  • Deposits: A $200 deposit is required to make a reservation with full balance due 45 days prior to arrival.
  • Refunds: All refunds subject to a $50 service charge. No refunds made 45 days or less prior to arrival.
  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
  • All rates are subject to Hawaii State Tax.
  • All amounts are in US dollars.
