IT IS MORNING; the light is soft. Morning or night now; it does not matter much; the drumbeats are distinctive; they are for you. I saw, in my dreams, clouded hills, green hills, verdant, covered with rocks and bushes. They were eloquent to me. The abetted rivers; criss-crossing streams; and reaching skies, hold the land, framing, yes, and caressing it.
