Please check the following list of titles. I heartily recommend them for those who would like to plan their birth and need to know their options. I will add to this list from time to time. Please do read before your birth. It will help you to know that you do have choices and that you have a right to the kind of birth you desire. Discuss any thoughts with your caregivers well in advance of your expected birth to be sure they will support your wishes.
