Graphics and QA Manager, SeatAdvisor, Inc. (4/99-1/05)
- Senior Production Graphic Artist, responsible for establishing, refining, and documenting this internet
company’s graphic production standards and specifications for web content from scratch. I created over 1,500 detailed
interactive venue seat maps in Adobe Illustrator from rough provided information, and enhanced and color-corrected thousands
of view photos linked to the interactive seat maps for site display.
- Lead Artist/Trainer, responsible for training and mentoring a production staff of nine artists to achieve consistent quality
and look and feel throughout the SABO product.
- QA Manager, tasked with proofreading and editing all company documents and materials, including venue maps, venue information
pages, code specifications, development test plans, and all user screens for content, grammar, and accuracy.
- Technical Writer, responsible for writing all online tutorials and help files for clients of the SABO ticketing software
product.
- Software Development Tester, working directly with developers through the use of test plans and written specs to test
functionality of each version of the code, prior to its release to clients.

- Responsible for establishing and implementing procedures for the graphic conversion of over thirty titles
from printed textbooks to CD-ROM.
- Managed production artists and offsite vendors to accomplish production needs on schedule, never missing a deadline.
- Set protocols for palette and graphic file format deliverables.
- Used my strong working knowledge of issues relating to palettes, HTML, file formats, authoring environments and cross-platform

- Responsible for the final production of over 7,200 images in award-winning multimedia CD-ROM Compton’s
Interactive Encyclopedia 1995, along with many other projects.
- Working supervisor, in charge of hiring, training, and supervising a team of 14 production employees to accomplish electronic
graphic production, and for locating and managing off-site vendors.
- Created specifications for imaging work and estimated project costs, resources, and time.
- Provided optimized images for multiple platforms: DOS, Windows, Macintosh, CD-I, and Jostens.
- Applied knowledge of batch processing, compression, and file conversion over multiple platforms and palettes for optimal
