Office hours by appointment.
For appointments after 7pm or on weekends, use the buzzer located by the east door on the parking deck.
Location
The office is located in the Lang Nelson Building at 4601 Excelsior Boulevard, Suite 337, in St. Louis Park. The building
is located on Excelsior Blvd. midway between France Avenue to the east and Hwy. 100 to the west. The building is directly
across the street from the new Excelsior & Grand condominiums, Pier 1 Imports, and Trader Joe's between Monterey and Natchez
Avenues.
PARKING
There is a large parking lot on the east side of the building. The Lang-Nelson building is equipped with an elevator and
there are shops and restaurants within one block.
Directions
FROM THE NORTH:
Hwy. 169 South, exit on Excelsior Blvd., drive east about 3 miles where you will cross over Hwy 100. Continue for about
eight-tenths of a mile and the building is on your right.
-OR-
Hwy. 100 South, exit on Excelsior Blvd., drive east about eight-tenths of a mile and the building is on your right.
FROM THE SOUTH:
Hwy. 169 North, exit on Excelsior Blvd., drive east about 3 miles where you will cross over Hwy 100. Continue for about
eight-tenths of a mile and the building is on your right.
-OR-
Hwy. 100 North, exit on Excelsior Blvd., drive east about eight-tenths of a mile and the building is on your right.
FROM THE WEST:
Many highways and interstates, including I-494, I-394, Hwy. 5, Hwy. 7, and Hwy. 3 will connect with Hwy. 100 which connects
to Excelsior Blvd.
FROM THE EAST:
Via I-35 W. or Via I-94: The simplest way to get to the clinic is to merge onto 1-94 West and then merge into I-394 West.
Continue for about 3 miles and take Hwy. 100 South. Continue for approximately four miles to Excelsior Blvd. Go east about
eight-tenths of a mile. The building will be on your right. You may also take Lake Street past Lake Calhoun, bearing to the
left past Whole Foods. This is Excelsior Boulevard.
