I am a master teacher who has been working for over a decade at refining a practice of being with others in ways that create
an ideal environment for healing.
My discovery of mindfulness meditation and metta practice, along with exposure to the teachings of many other wise individuals,
has led me to develop a method of teaching others to function in a peaceful way with their clients, patients and environment.

My Credentials
I am registered with the Society of Ortho-Bionomy International® as an Advanced Practitioner and Instructor. I have a Diploma
in Herbal Studies from the Australasian College of Herbal Studies.
My Training History
I began my practice in 1992. I originally began as an herbalist but felt like my ability to address the emotional roots of
people's physical distress was incomplete. It was at this point that I found Ortho-Bionomy® - or it found me. It has since
taken over my practice. I was the primary coordinator for my Advanced Instructor for several years, teaching at the tables
during classes and became an instructor in 2005. I have been lucky to be informally and formally tutored by some fine instructors
in Chinese Medicine, which informs my work as well.
The History of my Practice
As an Advanced Practitioner and Registered Instructor of Ortho-Bionomy®, putting the principles into regular practice since
1993, I have had ample opportunity to connect deeply with its principles of flowing with and acknowledging the pattern of
the individual. I have become an advocate and cheerleader for this profound approach to health. I still occasionally make
recommendations of dietary or herbal approaches to medicine, but primarily this takes the form of Flower Remedies.

My Philosophy
I have a passion for being a steadfast companion and guide through the process of healing pain. It is my goal to have others
evolve into the original concept of who they are.
I believe that the greatest assistance I can provide is to completely be a compassionate presence, responding to the needs
of others.
My Use of Flower Remedies
I sometimes suggest the use of flower remedies as an adjunct to the work we do. Flower remedies, sometimes called flower essences,
are not oils, but are most similar to homeopathic remedies. They provide gentle relief and support while to mental/emotional
road blocks, old patterns, and new challenges. They are safe and can be taken by anyone at any time. They are provided for
a small additional fee.
