Introduced to flower remedies during the pursuit of her Diploma in Herbal Studies, Kate's healthy skepticism began to slip away as she saw the undeniably profound effects they produced.

As her practice began to be overshadowed by Ortho-Bionomy® body/mind therapy, she found even more opportunity to integrate the flowers into her practice as the individual patterns of her clients were revealed.

Now an Advanced Practitioner and Registered Instructor of Ortho-Bionomy, Kate is finding more ways for more people to bring the power of the flower into their lives.

What are Flower Remedies?

Flower remedies, sometimes called flower essences, are products produced by energizing pure water with the fresh blossoms of flowers from herbaceous plants and trees. They, like homeopathic remedies, are colorless and scentless, but vibrationally powerful.

They are very gentle in their ability to shift and heal emotional and spiritual responses to situations and environments, and do not have adverse effects.
