I installed the Touring Classics C5 brake kit on the rear of the Nova today. In the words of one of my old college roommates;
"it was a cake walk".
Seriously, Touring Classics has done a great job of designing this kit. Here are the details:
The first step was to remove the brake drum hardware and the backing plates. The differential cover was removed so that
the axles could be removed. After this, the mounting faces were cleaned with a wire brush and the new caliper mounting brackets
were installed.

The O.D. of the hubs had to be turned down to 5.90" to clear the C5 rotors. I also installed longer wheel studs. The
axles were reinstalled along with the rotor and the caliper.

It was necessary to install shims in order to center the calipers on the rotor. The shims come with the kit and the process
was very simple.
The brake lines were installed as well as the parking brake cables. After that, the wheels were reinstalled.

The same process was performed on the driver's side and tabs were welded onto the rear axle housing to secure the end of the
flexible brake lines.
Wasn't that easy? :)
The next project is to run the hard lines. I will need to borrow a flaring tool and order brake line. Hopefully, I can
tackle this within the next couple of weeks.
