YOU CAN PLACE A DEPOSIT ON ONE OF OUR PUPPIES OR KITTENS AND THIS WILL HOLD YOUR PUPPE OR KITTEN FOR YOU UNTILL YOUR PICK UP DATE. OUR DEPOSIT 250.00 AND IS NONREFUNDABLE. IT IS NOT FAIR FOR A PUPPY TO BE PUT ON HOLD THEN NOT BOUGHT WHEN ANOTHER BUYER COULD HAVE BOUGHT HIM OR HER.

Customers often ask what our exchange policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you qualify for a new pup we want to make sure you recieve the pup in a timely matter. To qualify for a new pup you must have signed the contract and taken your pup to see a vet within 24 hours of recieveng him or her.  If you qualify for a new pup we will replace him or her with the first available pup we have.

IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO KEEP THIS PUPPY PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO CONTACT US. WE ARE MORE THAN WILLING TO ASSIST YOU IN FINDING AN APPROPRIATE HOME FOR THE PUPPY. OUR PUPPIES WILL ALWAYS HAVE A LOVING HOME HERE WITH US IF A SUITABLE HOME CAN NOT BE FOUND.

 

 

THIS GUARANTEE COVERS:

 

Problems that your vet discovers at the initial visit which affects the dog's health and is incurable. It covers defects that your vet may find at the initial visit, i.e., hernias, heart murmurs, etc. Some defects do not show up until the puppy is older. This guarantee covers genetic defects until the puppy is one year of age. The puppy must be returned for replacement to be made.  No cash refunds.  Replacements only.

 

 

THIS GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER:

 

Diarrhea, coccidiosis and wormy stools. Every effort is made to sell the dogs free of these problems, but the guarantee does not cover them should they be present. Diarrhea is common with small puppies that have gone through a stressful period.  Examples:  Leaving the only home they know & flying.

 

Dog Diseases

This puppy has been given all the immunizations and wormings appropriate for its age, and it has been carefully protected from exposure to dog diseases. Please be careful to protect your puppy until it receives a series of three shots (with the 3rd one occurring after 12 weeks of age). Our guarantee does not cover a puppy illness or death due to puppy disease after the sale.

 

Hypoglycemia (Low Blood Sugar)

This is a common problem among toy breeds, especially the tiny ones. It is extremely important that you watch for signs of this problem. This can be a needless killer of young puppies. Symptoms are listlessness, staggering when trying to walk, acting lethargic, etc. Always make sure your puppy has food and water and check to see if it has eaten.

 

 

TO MAKE USE OF THIS GUARANTEE:

 

To validate this guarantee, a licensed veterinarian must examine the puppy within 24 hours of the date that this contract is signed. (Excluding Sundays and holidays that the vet’s office may be closed.) You must send an autopsy report from the licensed veterinarian showing what caused the death of your puppy I must recieve this report and contact information of the licensed veterinarian so I can verify the report within seven days of the death of the puppy. If your puppy has been seen by a licened vetrinarian within 24 hours of signing said contract and he or she finds a problem with the puppy that is covered in said contract then I must recieve a report from that licensed veterinarian and contact information of that veterinarian so I can verify the report within seven days of the first veterinarian visit. 

 

AGREEMENTS:

 

Buyer agrees to have puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 24 hours of receipt of said puppy at buyer’s expense.

 

If for any reason the buyer is unable to care for or keep said puppy the buyer agrees to notify Kirchners Priceless Pups.  At no time is the buyer to place the puppy in a shelter.  No money will be refunded.

 

Buyer agrees to all responsibility for veterinary and/or any other expenses incurred once said puppy leaves the breeder’s premises.
