Kinnopio's Movie Reviews (kinnopio.com), celebrating its eighth year in 2005, was founded in May 1997 and has since expanded in popularity and status in the field of film criticism on the Internet.
Kinnopio is represented in the Online Film Critics Society and is fully accredited by all of Hollywood's major studios except 20th Century Fox.
Our reviews are widely syndicated across the Internet, such as in the popular webzine Entertainment Insiders, read by thousands of individuals each month. Kinnopio reviews are also catalogued on the Movie Review Query Engine and Rotten Tomatoes.
All reviews are graded using a four-star scale, with four stars as our highest recommendation. Generally speaking we recommend anything with three stars or higher, though the scale is by no means quantitative and is only loosely comparative.
Every January, the writers and editors of Kinnopio's Movie Reviews publish their lists of the top 10 movies from the previous year. They also vote on the winners of the Kinnopio Awards, which have been held since 2001. These lists and winners can be found in the Awards section.
