Rentals continue up until the Memorial Day holiday this year. Rent the house for the opening of Trout Season 2011 - lots of great fishing in the area. Please note though that the house is NOT available for Memorial Day Weekend.
10/7/2009 Black bears have been repeatedly sighted on the property throughout the course of the summer. As many as three at once. Please be aware of this if you have small children.
10/6/2009 We have decided to expand our rental season to include October, as opposed to only opening for rentals after Thanksgiving. This means rental availability for Deer Bow season, Black powder season, and even the end of the fishing season as well. Contact us for availability.
10/6/2009 We have entered into a pair of long-term agreements regarding Rifle Deer Season at Kilahcup. Unfortunately, this means that the season will be booked for deer hunting for teh forseeable future. Nevertheless, your interest in staying at our house is greatly appreciated and if we can accomodate you we will certainly try.

10/28/2008 Got 12 inches of snow today! Could be a good sign for a good winter of skiing.
10/5/2008 Saw at least 10—and maybe 11—whitetails (might have seen one doe twice) on the property in just one hour on Sunday, Oct. 5 - ten does and one buck, looked like 4-6 points through a 300mm telephoto lens across the lake
10/1/2008 Cable TV service to the house has been upgraded - there are now around 80 channels available.
