Fishing Season at Kilahcup is open for rentals

Trout season opens up in Pennsylvania on Saturday, April 16th, 2011. The house is available for rental for fishermen up until Wednesday, May 25th. (Please note that the house WILL NOT be available for rental Memorial Day.)

More Snowmobiling than you can handle!

Snowmobiling at Kilahcup means being literally up the street from access to Northeastern PA's huge Rails To Trails network. You could ride for a week and never see the same place twice. And the best part is, if you want to be on the trails by 8:30, you've got an 8:25 wake-up call!

NEPA's biggest ski area is only 10 minutes away...

Forget Camelback, Shawnee, Jack Frost... mere anthills!!! Elk Mountain is the largest ski area in Eastern Pennsylvania. Elk is great for skiers and boarders of all levels, and it is only ten minutes from the house. Actually, there are certain spots on the property where you can see Elk's trail lights at night.

Whitetail deer are quite plentiful at Kilahcup... Deer Hunting Season at Kilahcup is rented long term; Hunting rentals now to begin in October.

We have decided to enter to a pair of long term agreements to rent Rifle deer season at Kilahcup for the foreseeable future. This means the two weeks after the Thanksgiving Holiday which comprise the deer season are already booked every year.

We have decided in light of this to open up more rental options to hunting at Kilahcup. As a result, we have added October to the rental calendar, to make bow season, blackpowder season, and even the end of fishing season available to prospective renters.

Renting Kilahcup gives you access to 84 acres of private property for hunting, as well as an additional 2,000 acres of adjacent Pennsylvania State Game Lands #236. See the Map of the Surrounding Area for more detail.
