Greek Children
Children with disabilities can be adopted by an American citizen. This is certainly a great program for those parents looking
to adopt special needs children.
Note: The requirements and process below is combined with US laws, but it should be a basis
for citizens of other countries.
Requirements
You must be at least 25 years old, a dual Greek-American citizen, Greek citizens, or people of Greek descent (those of Greek
descent must be Greek resiednts) to adopt a healthy child. By US law, at least one parent must be a US citizen.
