Latvian Children
More than one child can be adopted at the same time. Most children are from orphanges. The youngest age of the children is
6 months. However, most children are one year old and older. The children are Caucasian. Siblings are available.
Note: The requirements and process below is combined with US laws, but it should be a basis
for citizens of other countries.
Requirements
Married couples and singles may adopt from Latvia. Parents should be 25 to 50. Both parents should travel to Latvia in a trip
of 10 - 12 days. Two trips to Latvia are necessary.
Process
Latvia requires a parent-child relationship before the adoption is completed.
