South Africa has three capitals: Pretoria, Johannesburg, and Cape Town. South Africans speak English, since it used to be a British colony, and the native language, Afrikaans.

Most children are given up due to poverty.

The South African adoption program is new because the previous govt. and Constitution didn't allow foreigners to adopt South African children. Foreigners have recently been allowed to adopt.
