Kennesaw Police Department in 1969 (photo provided by Joe Bozeman)

George and Cora Skelton's Smoke House
"It might be best to only remember some parts of old Kennesaw. This is a picture of my Grandparent's smoke house, it was located behind their home at 2259 Lewis Street. This structure was torn down in the late 1970's. I don't think this would be a pleaseing sight in front of the new Kennesaw City Hall." (photo and text by Joe Bozeman)

Kennesaw Methodist Church 1909 (from the collection of Mrs. Frances Thompson)

"Kennesaw City Hall in the late 1960s or early 1970s. This is from the collection of Dent Myers. Please note the large oak tree next to the building and the bell on the roof." (Joe Bozeman)

"Old Kennesaw City Hall in October 1989. It was being used as a Halloween Haunted House. At this point in time, her days were numbered. This might be the last picture made of this structure. From the collection of Dent Myers." (Joe Bozeman)

"Site of The Old Kennesaw City Hall taken in November 1989, another part of "Vanished Kennesaw." From the collection of Dent Myers." (Joe Bozeman)

"A large evergreen tree once stood in Fuller Park and was decorated every year for Christmas. In November 1989 it was cut down by the City of Kennesaw. Pictured here are city employees creating more "Vanished Kennesaw." From the collection of Dent Myers." (Joe Bozeman)
