It will be set up at the Hermans, friends of Tom's across the street from the foot-ball field. We think it will be open at noon on Sat. and be open all Sat. after-noon. We will need a few chairs and a table to set drinks on.

10. No pictures will be taken at the stadium

11. Nancy Hagans Dobbins is working on getting a photographer to do our class picture in front of Baldwin before the dinner. 6:00 PM

12. We don't think we want a 5:30 PM reception offered by the college. We will use our tent. Dinner at 6:30 PM After a lengthy discussion about finances, and Marilyn W. offered the donation of the tent, it was decided that Jane would write up a paragraph on the expenses incurred by the committee and ask for donations. Any money left over will go into our 50th reunion fund. Jane will mention the items and give a total.

12A. Dinner items were mentioned. We will ask Jack Hanford to give the invocation. Connie will speak to Joy Bishop bout the program booklet. Names mentioned for Master of Ceremonies were, Dick Fluke, Lee Parkison, and Murray Swindell

13. It was mentioned that we should ask Schulers if they will do a set up in our private room.

14. We will have 9 persons as our guests..faculty. Jane will confer about name-tags. It would be nice to have our graduation pictures on the tags. It was mentioned that Lynn Lewis Collar has a business in Utah that could handle this. We would also like Jim Whitehouse to be the greeter supplied by the College.

15. The committee elected Tom Brown 11 to be our treasurer to pay our added expenses which are: the tent, 5 dinner guests (4 paid by Albion), pizza, table favors, gold dollars, photographer, before and after publications, and the pre 50th Fund. Sue T. will learn from Marsha Starkey how our expenses can be used as donations to Albion.
