Focusing primarily on children ages two and under, this five-hour course is an interactive
introductory workshop to enhance your post-natal yoga and family-based teaching practice, or for your own family fun. Through the use of songs, rituals, and special activities, we will learn how
to create a loving, nurturing, and safe environment for parents and their babies to cultivate their practice in.
We will learn techniques for introducing infants, babies, and toddlers to yoga and talk about the joys--and challenges--of working with very young children. You will experience
a half-hour parent-and-me demonstration, and learn how to design empowering practices that
help parents and babies to bond and grow together.
Time: 12noon-5pm
Fee: $150 includes a $50 nonrefundable deposit. A $10 fee will apply to any checks
returned.
